Josh Brown is an American artist working out of New York City. He is a graduate of the Savannah College of Art & Design [SCAD] and is now pursuing his lifelong passion for creating art, most notably through his paintings of animals.

Josh’s bold minimalist style personifies the energy and attitude of his subjects capturing joy, magnetic characters, and curiously subtle movement. He does this deftly with sculptural brush strokes and a refined palette knife in both oil and acrylic, incorporating speckling techniques and other interesting textural elements onto his canvases.

Josh is not only an extremely talented artist, but he is also a passionate contributor to numerous charity groups, battered women shelters, animal rights organizations, and children's hospitals.
